2. Service description
FinCrop provides short-term credit facilitation: fully digital micro-loans of ₹500–₹50,000 for tenures of 7, 15 or 30 days with a single one-time ("bullet") repayment. A one-time processing fee is deducted upfront from the sanctioned amount, and simple interest accrues at 1% per day on the principal. Lending and recovery are conducted by Analytiq Financial Consultancy Private Limited; repayments are collected through our authorised collection partner, Golden Gate Traders (GSTIN: 22KASPK2007M2ZE), and designated digital channels.
3. Key Fact Statement before commitment
Before you submit an application, and again before you e-sign the loan agreement, you are shown a complete Key Fact Statement (KFS) containing the principal, processing fee, net disbursal, interest rate and APR equivalent, total amount payable, due date and repayment schedule. No charge applies that is not disclosed in the KFS.
4. Electronic signature
Loan agreements are executed electronically under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Section 10A). Your typed full name, entered on a mobile number verified by OTP, together with the recorded date, time and IP address, constitutes your valid electronic signature and binds you to the agreement.
5. Your obligations
- Repay the total payable amount on or before the due date through the notified channels.
- Use the loan only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your contact, employment and bank details current and inform us of any change.
- Cooperate with verification of the information and documents you submit.
6. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, gambling, speculative trading, or any activity prohibited by law; must not submit false or third-party documents; and must not attempt to interfere with or misuse the website or its systems.
7. Default
On default, interest continues to accrue at the contract rate on the outstanding principal until repayment. We follow fair recovery practices in line with RBI guidelines and will never use coercion, intimidation or harassment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees and charges paid by you for the relevant loan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including banking, telecom or payment-network outages).
9. Amendments
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your application governs that loan; material changes will be notified on the website with an updated "Last updated" date.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bilaspur / Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation before disbursal
You may cancel your application free of charge at any time before the loan is disbursed to your bank account. Since the processing fee is deducted only at the time of disbursal, cancelling before disbursal means no charge of any kind applies. A cooling-off period of 1 (one) day from e-signing applies, during which you may withdraw by informing us before disbursal is initiated.
2. After disbursal — no refund of processing fee
Once the loan amount has been disbursed to your bank account, the processing fee is earned and non-refundable, and the loan cannot be cancelled. You may, however, close the loan at any time by prepayment as below.
3. Prepayment / foreclosure
You may prepay the loan in full at any time, without any prepayment or foreclosure charges. On prepayment, interest is charged only up to (and including) the actual date of closure, at 1% per day on the principal.
4. Refund of excess / erroneous payments
Any duplicate, excess or erroneous payment received from you will be refunded to the source account within 7 (seven) working days of verification. To report such a payment, email info@fincropmicroloans.com or call +91 9098194645 with your Application ID and payment reference.

- Principal — the sanctioned loan amount (₹500–₹50,000).
- Processing fee — a one-time fee deducted upfront from the principal.

- Interest — simple interest of 1% per day on the principal, with the APR (annualised) equivalent of 365% disclosed.
- Total amount payable — principal plus total interest for the full tenure.

- Cooling-off period — 1 day from e-signing, during which you may cancel before disbursal at no cost.
- Prepayment rights — prepay anytime; interest only till closure date; zero foreclosure charges.

There are no charges other than the processing fee and the stated interest. No insurance bundling, no forced add-ons, no convenience fees.
3. Explicit consent
You must actively confirm "I have read and understood all charges" before any application is accepted, and separately e-sign the loan agreement after reviewing the KFS.
4. Recovery ethics
- No harassment, intimidation, public shaming or use of muscle power — ever.
- Recovery/reminder communication only between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and only with you or your provided references in a lawful, dignified manner.
- All recovery communication identifies the caller, our company and the loan reference.
